“The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah is arguing gender reveal parties are “very outdated” and shouldn’t be celebrated until a child can choose his or her gender identity.

“The problem with gender reveal parties is that parents don’t know the gender until the child grows up and decides,” so says Trevor Noah. 

Hmmm.  This dude wants to tell parents that they should let their kids decide what gender they want to be?  With this type of thinking, then shouldn’t we also make race a child’s choice?  Parents should let children decide if they are black or white, or Asian or Mexican, when they FEEL it is right.  If gender is on a “choice” now, as he and others like to argue, then shouldn’t race and skin color be a choice?  Time to decolonize all words and meaning!!!

Parking garage safety ignored for decades by hospitals

Parking garages, in general, are inherently dangerous places. So are hospitals. Put the two together, and you have a potentially deadly mix.

It is very disappointing that when things happen that affect the safety of frontline healthcare workers (such as muggings in hospital parking garages) we barely hear a peep through big media. 

 

Scan the area before you exit and enter your vehicle

 

So what’s the solution if the hospitals don’t provide adequate security?  Always be aware of your surroundings. Don’t just focus inwardly on your thoughts if you are alone, or your friends if you are together. Keep one eye out for your environment, looking out for suspicious characters, possible danger, etc.

The campaign to eradicate history continues

In the name of social justice, “Woke” culture has extended to outer space. NASA now says planets, constellations, and other celestial bodies will no longer be allowed to have “offensive” nicknames.  You can’t make this stuff up.

As Orwell said:

All of this adds up to allow history to repeat itself eventually.
