The jokes either went nowhere, ended predictably, or weren’t that funny to begin with. Is there anyone who didn’t immediately guess that something was going to go wrong when Jenny had to put Ellie’s friend’s sweater in the dryer? And when it turns out it smelled like pot, that Taco would be involved and that another “hiding spot” was bound to result in some weed getting into Jenny’s homemade Chow Mein? Oh well, we suppose they can’t all be winners. Here’s our The League Power Rankings:

Of all the tragic facts about the history of slavery, the most astonishing to an American today is that, although slavery was a worldwide institution for thousands of years, nowhere in the world was slavery a controversial issue prior to the 18th century. People of every race and color were enslaved – and enslaved others. White people were still being bought and sold as slaves in the Ottoman Empire, decades after American blacks were freed.
